Welcome to our Web site, we specialise in the repair and sales of washing machines and tumble dryers, and provide a professional service, with minimum delay. Charge competitive rates, and we make sure you're very happy with the repair!  We've several thousand satisfied customers, and most of our business is from existing customers or by personal recommendation. How much do we charge? Our fixed labour charge for a repair is £40.00, plus any parts required. We don't charge VAT. This price remains fixed and is not based on an hourly rate – it is one simple cost which covers your repair whether we complete it on the first call or have to come back another day if parts need to be ordered. Unlike some other repair businesses, we say fixed and we mean exactly that – there are no hidden extras apart from the cost of the part which we identify and quote to you when we carry out the initial inspection. We maintain a " No Call-out charge " policy, which simply means if we call to your home to carry out repairs to your appliance – but for one reason or another we're unable to repair your appliance, there will be no charge. We accept: Call now and book a repair: 0151 2812526 Replacement parts We carry a large quantity of replacement parts for all leading makes of washing machine, washer-dryers and tumble dryers on our van to cover most repairs.* " We aim to complete at least 90% of repairs in the first visit " For any parts that need to be ordered, we can get the majority the next day or two working days. * Please note: We don't sell parts separately; we only stock enough parts for our repairs. Our warranty All repairs - Standard 12 months full warranty. Reconditioned electrical parts supplied and fitted -12 months full warranty.

Sales of reconditioned and new appliances Occasionally we have reconditioned washing machines to sell,  though we generally sell new appliances and favour Bosch and White Knight for their reliability. We pride ourselves on being one of the finest washing machine repair businesses in Liverpool. However, we don't want you to pay for repairs if you can avoid it.
